Jera Srl deals primarily with the technical industry of Food and tanning. Her process is oriented towards the collection and formulation of pelt to produce collagen, gelatin and food proteins and also semifinished products for the tanning (leather) industry.

The processing of the various products takes place in adjacent but distinct structures: A specific area is equipped for the manufacturing of material in the food field (Suitable for human consumption), provided with trimming and other machinery especially developed with a process constantly supervised by our responsible production.

For the non-food sector instead in order to avoid contamination with suitable material, there is a complete and separate processing and storage warehouse.
